AI Business Coach in Basildon: Coaching, Training or Someone Who Sets It Up?
Three different things get sold under the label, and a gym owner or café manager will want different ones.
For an AI business coach near Basildon, be clear about what you want: coaching, training or installation. Dean Keating is not a coach. He builds and installs AI agents, and his free first call ends with a plan you can use with or without him. He works remotely from Horndean, Hampshire. Call or WhatsApp 07418 627304.
One label, three jobs
People who search for an AI business coach usually mean one of three things.
A coach meets you regularly, asks questions and keeps you accountable. The thinking stays with you.
A trainer teaches you or your team to use tools such as ChatGPT. You come away more skilled but the work is still done by hand.
An installer builds the systems and sets them up so the work gets done without anyone sitting at the keyboard.
Dean Keating's website describes the third. It is not a course and not coaching. If what you want is regular accountability, he is the wrong person, and it is fair to say so.
A worked example: the sports-centre type of business
The directory lists Everyone Active's Basildon Sporting Village on Cranes Farm Road, with its pool, gym, climbing wall, sports hall and track, and ranks local gyms in a best-gyms list. Imagine an independent studio or club in that sector. Its owner wants more members, but the week is full: classes, cover, equipment, enquiries at 10pm.
- A coach would help the owner decide what to prioritise.
- A trainer would show staff how to draft emails faster.
- An installer would set up the replies to new-member enquiries, the follow-up when someone says "I'll think about it", and the reminders before a trial session.
All three can be right. They solve different problems.
Where the free call fits
His first call is a conversation about how your business runs. It leads into an audit of the work worth automating. You leave with a plan whether or not you hire him, which makes it a low-risk way to find out which of the three you need.
Questions to put to any coach
- What will I be doing differently in a month?
- Will you ever touch my systems?
- Do you take a cut of anything I buy?
